Our Pullman pan creates a large classic sandwich-style loaf. The tin can be used with the lid on for the uniform square-shaped loaf or with the lid off for a domed shape loaf. Baking with the lid on also results in a loaf with a soft crust. This results in bread that is ideal for soft sandwiches.

We charge a flat shipping fee of R90 per order. Free shipping for all orders over R1500!

Orders that contain backordered items will only be shipped once all order items are in stock. If you would like us to ship the in-stock items you will need to pay an extra R90 shipping charge.

Shipping times – Times vary according to location. JHB typically ships in 1 day after dispatch.

Major hubs (CPT, and DBN) are typically day 2 – 3 working days from the time of dispatch.

Outlying areas can take 3 – 5 working days from the time of dispatch.

Orders are generally processed the same day if ordered before 1pm but can take up to 1-2 working days from the time of order, excluding weekends. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with your package tracking details.

Local Collection (Gauteng only) – We have moved to a new facility in Melville, JHB. Currently, the collection will only be available upon request and by appointment.

    The Pullman Pan works very well. It’s is a large loaf and the sandwich bread comes out even and cooked all round even the flat top which is what I wanted for uniformity. Unfortunately the ends of the pan were not protected when packaged, so I had two big very sticky spots from the tape which took me a while to remove and I did email that feedback with no response from the company. Hence 4 stars.

    The Pullman pan is very well made and bakes perfectly. However, the length of the pan is 33cm, not the 30cm advertised on the site. I needed it to be 30cm to fit into my small baking oven, so I am now left with an expensive planter for my herbs.
